RETURN POLICY

Eligibility window
We offer a 5 business day return policy for unused and undamaged products. To ensure your refund, the kit must be returned in its original, unopened shipping tube. We cannot accept returns for kits that have been opened, as the film can be easily damaged, making it unusable.

Non-returnable items

  • Used or installed kits: Once the backing has been peeled off or installation has been attempted, the kit is considered used and cannot be returned.

  • Custom-cut kits: All pre-cut kits are final sale items and not eligible for a refund, return, or exchange.

  • Damaged or missing parts due to installation: The warranty does not cover issues resulting from installation techniques, misuse, or improper care. We are not liable for problems like misalignment, trapped air bubbles, or peeling edges caused by improper installation.

Return process

  • Request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number: Before returning any item, you must contact our customer service to receive an RMA number. Returns sent without an RMA number may not be accepted or processed. To request a return please email returns@toolboxprotectionfilm.com.

  • Ship the return: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Refunds

  • Inspection: All returns are subject to a thorough inspection to ensure the kit is in unused and undamaged condition before any refunds are issued.

  • Restocking fee: For all returns, a 20% restocking fee will apply. This helps cover our costs for processing the return. We will happily waive this fee, however, if we made a mistake with your order.

  • Processing time: Please allow up to two weeks for your refund to be issued after we receive and inspect the returned kit. A confirmation email will be sent once we receive the approved return.
