Acceptance of Terms

  • Age Eligibility and Parental Responsibility
    By using this site, you certify that you are at least 18 years of age. Users under 18 must be supervised by a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these terms on their behalf. If you are a parent or guardian, you accept full responsibility for the use of this site by a minor, including all financial and legal liabilities they may incur. Your use of this site constitutes your agreement to all of these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, you are prohibited from using this site.

  • Account and Payment Accuracy
    You agree to provide billing and shipping information that is truthful and accurate. Providing false or inaccurate information constitutes a material breach of these Terms of Use. By confirming your purchase at checkout, you agree to accept and pay for all items in your order.

Product Information

  • Product description: Our pre-cut Paint Protection Film (PPF) kits are specifically designed for popular toolboxes and related storage systems. They are cut based on proprietary templates to offer coverage of the front and/or tops of drawers and doors.

  • Template accuracy: Our PPF kits are precision-cut using industry-standard software and our in-house plotter system. We use meticulously collected measurements to create templates for most toolbox makers. However, due to manufacturing variances across different brands, models, and production runs, a flawless, edge-to-edge fit cannot be guaranteed. Our templates are designed for standard toolbox models and do not account for modifications. While we strive for absolute accuracy, please contact us at support@toolboxprotectionfilm.com with any fitment concerns.

  • Intellectual property: All designs, images, and kit templates are the property of toolboxprotectionfilm.com and Bulldog Protection FIlms. The trademarks for various toolbox brands are used for descriptive purposes only and do not imply any affiliation or endorsement by the trademark owners. You may not use our product designs for commercial reproduction.

Orders and Payment

  • Custom products: All PPF kits are custom-ordered and produced for your specific toolbox model. For this reason, all sales are final, and orders cannot be canceled or refunded once processing has begun.

  • Payment: To ensure security, we use trusted third-party partner(s) to process all payments. You will be charged the full amount at checkout, and your payment is subject to that provider's terms. If we have to cancel your order for any reason, you will be notified by email and issued a full refund to your original payment method.

Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping: All orders ship through USPS and UPS carrier services. All expedited orders are processed within 24 hours after it is received.

  • Delivery: Please note that all shipping timelines are estimates. Once your package is with the shipping carrier, we are no longer responsible for lost or damaged items.

  • Lost or Damaged Shipments
    Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, the risk of loss or damage becomes your responsibility. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

  • Pre-installation inspection: Upon arrival, please inspect your kit for any damage or defects before beginning installation. You have 48 hours from the delivery date to report pre-installation defects by contacting us at support@toolboxprotectionfilm.com with photos. Once the film has been removed from the backing paper, it is no longer eligible for returns or replacement due to imperfections.

DIY Installation and Warranty Disclaimer

  • Installation disclaimer: By purchasing a kit, you assume full responsibility for the installation process and its outcome. We can help to provide you with hands-on installation services or possible training opportunities in your area. If interested, please send us an email to support@toolboxprotectionfilm.com.

  • Installation risk: We want you to love your finished product! While professional installation is not required, it is strongly recommended for achieving the best results on a flawless look or finish. Please be aware that issues like misalignment, bubbles or peeling after cure can be caused by improper installation are not covered under Toolboxprotectionfilm.com policy or covered by any of our film manufacturer’s warranties.

  • Surface preparation: Proper surface preparation is critical. We are not responsible for flaws in your toolbox's paint or finish that are visible after the film is applied, including magnified scratches, dents, or defects.

  • Film manufacturer's warranty: The PPF manufacturer provides a warranty against material defects under normal conditions. This warranty is independent of any installation-related issues. You must refer to the manufacturer's documentation for specific warranty details.

  • Warranty exclusions: Warranties offered do not cover issues resulting from installation techniques, damage from external sources (e.g., impact from tools), or any products applied to the film after installation.     Limitation of Liability

  • Our maximum liability for any claim related to products purchased from our website will be limited to the amount you paid for the product.

  • We will not be liable for any indirect, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from the purchase or use of our products.
