Because these kits are custom-produced for each order, the following Return & Refund Policy applies.
CUSTOM PRE-CUT KITS
All pre-cut Bulldog Protection Films PPF kits are considered custom-made products.
Once production of your order has begun, pre-cut kits are non-returnable and non-refundable.
This includes orders where the customer:
Changes their mind
Selects the wrong toolbox model or configuration
Selects an incorrect film option
No longer wishes to complete the installation
Provides incorrect or incomplete toolbox information
Please carefully verify all toolbox information, model numbers, configurations, film selections, colors, finishes, thicknesses, and other order details before submitting your order.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
If you need to cancel or make a change to your order, contact Bulldog Protection Films as soon as possible.
Orders may be canceled or modified only if production has not yet begun.
Once your kit has entered production, it can no longer be canceled, changed, returned, or refunded except where another remedy described in this policy applies.

While our custom-cut PPF kits are not returnable once production begins, we stand behind the accuracy of the products we produce.
Every qualifying Bulldog Protection Films precision-cut PPF kit is backed by our:

If Bulldog Protection Films makes a verified:
Pattern error
Sizing error
Labeling error
Cutting error
Production error
that prevents a panel from properly fitting the intended factory toolbox surface, we will make it right.
After confirming the issue, Bulldog Protection Films will reproduce and ship the affected panel or piece at no cost to you.
For verified Bulldog pattern or production errors, Bulldog Protection Films will also cover standard replacement shipping.
The Fitment Guarantee applies specifically to errors attributable to our pattern, labeling, cutting, or production process.
It does not cover:
Incorrect toolbox information supplied by the customer
Ordering the wrong kit
Installation mistakes
Accidental installation damage
Improper surface preparation
Aftermarket modifications
Non-factory hardware or accessories
Film that has been intentionally trimmed, cut, or altered
Damage caused by misuse
INCORRECT OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If you believe you received an incorrect, mislabeled, damaged, or defective product, contact Bulldog Protection Films before trimming, altering, discarding, or continuing installation on the affected panel.
Please provide:
Your order information
Clear photographs of the affected product
Photographs of the applicable toolbox surface when relevant
A description of the issue
We may request additional photographs, measurements, toolbox model information, or other reasonable documentation necessary to verify the issue.
If Bulldog Protection Films determines that an item was produced incorrectly or is otherwise covered by our 100% Fitment Guarantee, we will provide the appropriate replacement at no additional cost.
SHIPPING DAMAGE
Please inspect your order promptly after delivery.
If the package or its contents appear to have been damaged during shipping, contact Bulldog Protection Films as soon as reasonably possible.
Please retain the original packaging while the issue is being reviewed.
We may request photographs of:
Exterior packaging
Shipping label
Interior packaging
Damaged product
This information helps us document the damage and determine the appropriate resolution.
INSTALLATION & CUSTOMER-CAUSED DAMAGE
Paint protection film installation involves handling and applying a flexible adhesive material. Damage caused during installation is not considered a product defect and is not covered by the Bulldog 100% Fitment Guarantee.
Installation-related damage may include film that has been:
Excessively stretched
Creased
Contaminated
Improperly positioned
Cut or trimmed
Overheated
Folded adhesive-to-adhesive
Otherwise damaged during installation
However, we understand that mistakes can happen—especially during a first DIY PPF installation.
Every qualifying Bulldog Protection Films kit includes one complimentary replacement panel for an installation mistake.
This complimentary replacement panel is a customer-support benefit and is separate from the Bulldog 100% Fitment Guarantee.
If one panel from a qualifying PPF kit becomes unusable because of a reasonable installation mistake, contact Bulldog Protection Films and identify the affected panel.
Examples may include:
Accidental creasing
Improper positioning
Adhesive-to-adhesive contact
Installation damage
Other reasonable DIY installation mistakes
Only one complimentary replacement panel per qualifying PPF kit/order is included unless otherwise stated.
Bulldog Protection Films may request photographs or other reasonable information regarding the affected panel before processing the replacement.
Additional replacement panels may be available for purchase.
Shipping terms for a complimentary installation-mistake replacement may differ from those applicable to a verified Bulldog pattern or production error.

These are two separate customer protections.
WHAT IS A QUALIFYING PPF KIT?
A qualifying PPF kit generally means a Bulldog Protection Films precision-cut protection-film kit containing PPF panels designed for a specific toolbox, cabinet, cart, WorkCenter, side locker, drawer section, or other eligible tool-storage configuration.
The complimentary replacement-panel benefit does not apply to standalone products such as:
Bulldog Drool™
Installation tools
Squeegees
Towels
Knives or cutters
Slip solutions
Installation accessories
Other products that do not include precision-cut PPF panels
FILM COLOR & APPEARANCE
Actual film appearance may vary slightly from photographs or digital representations displayed on a screen.
Factors that may affect appearance include:
Monitor or device settings
Lighting conditions
Toolbox color
Underlying surface condition
Film finish
Film thickness
Installation conditions
Reasonable variations in appearance that are inherent to the selected film are not considered manufacturing defects.
MANUFACTURER DEFECTS
If you believe the protection film itself has a manufacturing defect, contact Bulldog Protection Films before removing or discarding the affected material.
Manufacturer warranty coverage may vary depending on:

Product
Application
Installation method
Eligibility requirements
Applicable manufacturer warranty terms
Because Bulldog Protection Films kits are intended for DIY installation on non-automotive toolbox surfaces, customers should not assume that a manufacturer's standard automotive PPF warranty applies unless the manufacturer confirms eligibility.
We will assist in identifying the issue and determining the appropriate next step when reasonably possible.
The Bulldog 100% Fitment Guarantee and complimentary replacement-panel program are provided independently by Bulldog Protection Films.
NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS
Unless Bulldog Protection Films determines otherwise because of an error on our part or applicable law requires otherwise, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for:
Custom pre-cut PPF kits once production has begun
Kits ordered for the wrong toolbox model or configuration due to customer-supplied information
Incorrect film, color, finish, or thickness selections made by the customer
Film that has been installed, partially installed, trimmed, cut, altered, stretched, contaminated, or otherwise used
Installation-related damage
Cosmetic preferences
Changes of mind after production has begun
The fact that installation-related damage is non-returnable does not eliminate the one complimentary replacement-panel benefit included with every qualifying Bulldog Protection Films PPF kit.
