TERMS & CONDITIONS
Effective Date: September 5, 2026
Welcome to ToolboxProtectionFilm.com, operated by Bulldog Protection Films. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and your purchase of products from Bulldog Protection Films.
By accessing this website, placing an order, or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. ABOUT OUR PRODUCTS
Bulldog Protection Films provides precision-cut paint protection film (PPF) kits designed for professional toolboxes, tool storage systems, carts, work centers, side lockers, and related surfaces.
Our kits may be produced using films from manufacturers including STEK USA, Optek, and other suppliers selected by Bulldog Protection Films.
Products may be offered in different:
Film thicknesses
Finishes
Coverage levels
Toolbox configurations
Drawer layouts
Side-panel options
Drawer-top options
Accessory configurations
Product availability and specifications may change without notice.
2. TOOLBOX INFORMATION & CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
Our kits are designed around specific toolbox makes, models, sizes, generations, drawer configurations, and factory layouts.
Customers are responsible for reviewing all product information before ordering and confirming that the selected kit matches their toolbox.
This may include verifying:
Manufacturer
Product series
Model or part number
Toolbox width
Drawer count and layout
WorkCenter or hutch configuration
Side locker orientation
Factory accessories
Other configuration-specific details
If you are unsure whether a kit fits your toolbox, please contact Bulldog Protection Films before placing your order.
Bulldog Protection Films is not responsible for fitment issues caused by incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate information supplied by the customer.
3. MANUFACTURING VARIATIONS & FACTORY DIFFERENCES
Toolbox manufacturers may make production changes during a product's life cycle without changing the model name or part number.
Differences may occur in:
Drawer dimensions
Panel dimensions
Handles
Badges
Locks
Trim
Hardware
Hinges
Factory accessories
Surface geometry
Our patterns are designed around the factory configuration identified in the product listing or supplied during the ordering process.
Minor installation clearances and normal manufacturer production tolerances do not necessarily constitute a pattern defect.
If your toolbox appears materially different from the configuration shown or described on the website, contact us before installation.
4. BULLDOG 100% FITMENT GUARANTEE
Bulldog Protection Films guarantees that the precision-cut panels supplied for the toolbox make, model, size, and configuration ordered are designed to fit the intended factory surfaces.
If Bulldog Protection Films makes a verified:
Pattern error
Labeling error
Cutting error
Production error
that prevents a panel from properly fitting the intended factory surface, Bulldog Protection Films will replace the affected panel at no charge.
For verified Bulldog pattern or production errors, Bulldog Protection Films will also cover standard shipping for the replacement panel.
To make a fitment claim
Stop installation on the affected panel as soon as the suspected problem is identified.
Do not:
Trim the panel
Cut the panel
Alter the panel
Excessively stretch the panel
Discard the panel
Contact Bulldog Protection Films and provide clear photographs showing the toolbox surface, affected panel, alignment or dimensional issue, and any identifying information reasonably requested.
Removal of the film from its release liner does not automatically void a fitment claim, because some fitment issues may only become apparent when the panel is positioned on the intended surface.
Bulldog Protection Films reserves the right to review photographs and other information to determine whether an issue resulted from a pattern or production error, installation error, toolbox variation, incorrect ordering information, or another cause.
5. WHAT THE FITMENT GUARANTEE DOES NOT COVER
The Bulldog 100% Fitment Guarantee does not cover issues caused by:
Incorrect toolbox information supplied by the customer
Ordering the wrong kit
Aftermarket modifications
Non-factory hardware or accessories
Repaired, repainted, or modified surfaces
Installation mistakes
Misalignment during installation
Wrinkling or creasing
Overstretching
Contamination
Improper positioning
Excessive trimming
Customer modification of the film
Damage caused by tools, chemicals, excessive heat, impact, abrasion, or misuse
Existing paint defects
Rust or corrosion
Failing paint or coatings
Normal wear and tear
The Fitment Guarantee applies to Bulldog Protection Films' pattern, labeling, cutting, and production accuracy. It is not a guarantee against improper installation or damage occurring after installation.
6. COMPLIMENTARY REPLACEMENT PANEL
Every qualifying Bulldog Protection Films PPF kit includes one complimentary replacement panel for an installation mistake.
This benefit is intended to give customers additional confidence when installing a Bulldog Protection Films kit themselves.
A qualifying PPF kit generally means a precision-cut toolbox protection-film kit specifically identified by Bulldog Protection Films as eligible for the complimentary replacement-panel program.
The complimentary replacement-panel benefit does not apply to standalone accessories or other non-kit products such as:
Installation tools
Squeegees
Knives or cutters
Slip solutions
Towels
Installation accessories
Other products that do not include precision-cut PPF panels
The complimentary replacement panel may be used when one PPF panel from a qualifying kit becomes unusable because of a reasonable installation mistake, including situations such as:
Accidental creasing
Improper positioning
Adhesive-to-adhesive contact
Installation damage
Other reasonable DIY installation errors
This benefit is separate from:
The Bulldog 100% Fitment Guarantee
Manufacturer warranties
Product-defect claims
Only one complimentary replacement panel per qualifying PPF kit/order is provided unless Bulldog Protection Films expressly states otherwise.
Additional replacement panels may be purchased when available.
Bulldog Protection Films may request photographs or other reasonable information regarding the affected panel before processing a complimentary replacement.
The complimentary replacement-panel program is a customer-support benefit and does not constitute a warranty against installation errors.
Shipping terms for a complimentary replacement panel may differ from those applicable to a verified Bulldog pattern or production error.
7. INSTALLATION RESPONSIBILITY
Paint protection film installation requires care, preparation, proper technique, and a clean working environment.
Customers are responsible for:
Proper surface preparation
Thorough cleaning
Following the provided installation instructions
Using appropriate installation tools and solutions
Confirming panel identification and orientation
Proper panel alignment
Avoiding excessive stretching
Avoiding unnecessary trimming
Stopping installation if something appears incorrect
Installation errors do not constitute a product defect and are not covered by the Bulldog 100% Fitment Guarantee or any applicable manufacturer warranty.
However, every qualifying Bulldog Protection Films PPF kit includes one complimentary replacement panel for an installation mistake, subject to the terms of the complimentary replacement-panel program described above.
8. CUSTOM-CUT PRODUCTS & FINAL SALE POLICY
Most Bulldog Protection Films PPF kits are cut or prepared specifically for the toolbox configuration, film type, finish, thickness, and coverage options selected by the customer.
Because these products are made or prepared specifically for each order, custom-cut PPF products are generally:
NON-RETURNABLE AND NON-REFUNDABLE ONCE PRODUCTION HAS BEGUN.
Orders may not be canceled after cutting, production, or fulfillment has started unless Bulldog Protection Films agrees otherwise.
This final-sale policy does not limit remedies available for:
Verified Bulldog pattern or production errors
Incorrect products shipped by Bulldog Protection Films
Products received materially damaged
The complimentary replacement-panel benefit included with qualifying PPF kits
Rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law
9. ORDER INSPECTION
Customers should inspect their order promptly after delivery.
Before installation, confirm:
Correct toolbox kit
Correct film finish
Correct film thickness
Correct quantity
Correct labeling
No obvious shipping or material damage
If an item appears incorrect, damaged, or incomplete, contact Bulldog Protection Films before installation whenever reasonably possible.
Claims involving visible shipping damage or obvious package shortages should be reported promptly so that Bulldog Protection Films can investigate the issue.
Fitment claims are handled separately under the Bulldog 100% Fitment Guarantee and are not automatically void simply because more than 48 hours have passed since delivery.
10. SHIPPING DAMAGE
Customers should inspect shipping packages and contents after delivery.
If shipping damage is visible, photograph:
Exterior packaging
Shipping label
Interior packaging
Damaged product
Contact Bulldog Protection Films as soon as reasonably possible.
Bulldog Protection Films may work directly with the shipping carrier when appropriate.
Customers should not discard damaged packaging until the matter has been reviewed.
11. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Estimated processing, production, and shipping times are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.
Delays may occur because of:
Product availability
Custom production
Carrier delays
Weather
Holidays
Address issues
Supply-chain disruptions
Events outside our reasonable control
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete customer-provided address information may be the customer's responsibility.
12. FILM MANUFACTURER WARRANTIES
Certain film manufacturers publish limited warranties covering qualifying manufacturing defects.
Manufacturer warranty eligibility, coverage periods, permitted applications, installer requirements, registration requirements, exclusions, and claim procedures are determined solely by the applicable manufacturer.
Bulldog Protection Films does not control manufacturer warranty policies.
Because Bulldog Protection Films kits are designed for DIY installation on non-automotive toolbox surfaces, customers should not assume that a manufacturer's standard automotive PPF warranty applies unless the manufacturer confirms that the particular installation is eligible.
The:
Bulldog 100% Fitment Guarantee
and
complimentary replacement panel included with qualifying Bulldog Protection Films PPF kits
are provided independently by Bulldog Protection Films and do not depend upon manufacturer-warranty eligibility.
13. RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
Custom-cut or made-to-order PPF kits are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has begun, except where otherwise required by law or where a remedy applies under the Bulldog 100% Fitment Guarantee.
Unused, unopened, non-custom products may be eligible for return subject to Bulldog Protection Films' applicable return requirements.
Customers should contact Bulldog Protection Films before returning any product.
Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return results from an error by Bulldog Protection Films or applicable law requires otherwise.
Any approved return must be received in the condition required by Bulldog Protection Films before a refund or exchange is processed.
The final-sale policy for custom products does not eliminate the complimentary replacement-panel benefit included with qualifying PPF kits.
14. PRODUCT APPEARANCE & EXISTING DAMAGE
Paint protection film is a protective product and does not repair existing surface damage.
Existing conditions may remain visible through transparent protection film, including:
Scratches

Previous repairs
Film appearance may vary depending on:
Toolbox finish
Surface condition

Installation quality
Bulldog Protection Films does not guarantee that existing cosmetic defects will be hidden by transparent protection film.
15. PRODUCT IMAGES & COLOR REPRESENTATION
